Overview
Business
XCC Group is a bearing and precision-parts manufacturer. It runs the whole process in-house, from precision forging, tube making and cold forming to machining, heat treatment, grinding and assembly. Besides bearings, it makes airbag gas-generator parts, whose direct customers it names as Autoliv, Joyson Electronics, Daicel and BYD, and thermal management parts for vehicles and air conditioners (2026 interim report, pp. 9-13).
Robot components
XCC has built a full line of robot parts: inverted planetary roller screws, ball screws, miniature screws, crossed roller bearings, flexible bearings, angular contact bearings and structural parts. Several products are in customer validation or small-batch delivery. Robot components brought in about ¥20m of revenue in the first half of 2026 and the business is not yet profitable (p. 12).
The company lists the customers its screws have been engaged with: humanoid robot makers including Pengxing Intelligence (鹏行智能), component maker Hangzhou Xinjian Transmission (新剑传动), and, for steer-by-wire and brake-by-wire screws in cars, Changan Automobile's Chenzhi Technology (辰致科技), 欧摩威, 威肯希 and Luxshare. Its robot bearings already go to robot and reducer makers including Sanhua Intelligent Controls (p. 13).
In 2026 XCC completed a share placement with about ¥0.99bn of net proceeds to fund screw and bearing capacity for robots and electric vehicles; by mid-year the plant buildings were largely finished (p. 12).
Its view of the market
XCC's report is candid about timing. It describes humanoid robot makers in the first half of 2026 as moving from prototypes to small-batch trial production, with planetary roller screws still in whole-robot validation and large-scale commercialisation not yet under way, and warns that screw sales remain a small share of revenue (pp. 11-12).
